The process of signing up for the tenancy at The Terraces was very easy, even from the other side of the world.
We have found the whole process of moving to the Hawkes Bay much easier as a result of having somewhere nice, clean and comfortable to live. As mentioned above, communication with Klaus via e-mail enabled us to easily organise moving in dates, as well as getting the phone and broadband set up so we could literally turn up, collect the keys and move in.
The apartment is located in the Humber Street Terraces complex, opposite the beautiful Ahuriri estuary. It is quiet, spacious and secure, and is walking distance to the vibrant Ahuriri West Quay precinct, with plenty of bars and restaurants

I have had the pleasure of staying at this apartment. It is in such a convenient location and just minutes walk from Reading area with restaurants, cafes and cinemas. The unit is compact, clean, nicely decorated and fully furnished. It comes equipped with all the household supplies and machines you can think of such as washer/dryer, drying rack, dish-washer, fridge, stove, hair dryer, iron, vacuum, plates, cutlery, microwave, sheets and towels, etc. You can come with a suitcase and all necessities would be provided for you.

I found an advertisement … on gumtree. Even given the time differences between Australia and New Zealand, Klaus was always prompt and friendly in his communications. Booking and payment of accommodation from overseas proved entirely hassle free.
Klaus went beyond what was needed… More than I expected,… It was without fault.

I spent 4 comfortable weeks at Klaus Go Limited's 142 Vivian Street fully furnished studio apartment. The studio apartment was well appointed, quiet and its central location made it really convenient to get anywhere in Wellington's CBD.

My partner and I moved in on the 20th Jan 07. To date Klaus and his wife have been very accommodating in terms of making sure we are adequately catered for. In terms of the tenancy agreement, to date, we are satisfied that all written and verbal agreements have been honored, both ways.
